Fabulous as a permanent camper ... clean, quiet and a nice area for excursions
This campsite is just great is also very nice for children with playgrounds swimming pool golf course and other events also very nice for hiking just very nice unfortunately closed because of the Corna
The manager spreads fear in this square. Anyone who disagrees with them will be fired. It's called a dictatorship. I can recommend everyone not to stay there as a permanent camper. On Facebook, only the smallest negative comments are immediately deleted. And these comments are not offensive or anything like that. There hasn't been such a bad atmosphere on the pitch for many years. It will be canceled, then the cancel will be withdrawn. The whole thing has now taken on mafia structures.
Gate is very friendly! The groundskeeper (or whoever that was!) Was totally unfriendly!
We came back from Italy so used camping as an overnight stay. Plumbing and shop were fine. Was very cold so not really used anything else. WiFi is paid (not on the site which is a shame). Restaurant what's next is good!
Very nice showers and toilets very clean. We have recovered very well.
Good location for trips by car and bike. Reception and shop top. Likewise the sanitary facilities. We didn't use the outdoor pool, but it looked very well maintained. Always my pleasure
It works for one night. Unfortunately too loud on the camping field. Sanitary facilities work just like that. I can't recommend it
Nice campsite with a well-maintained swimming pool. Beautiful places. Get there was very quiet.
β± the first impression is great - very clean and well-kept - the service is friendly and courteous - photos will follow later ? Update: Thank you very much ? for your kindness and understanding for my health restrictions, due to which I am currently dependent on support β€ everything went very well - also deserve the disabled shower and toilet βββββ
Actually I wanted to wait the night to give feedback, but that's enough for now. This is a shooting party. Basses thunder across the square. I have never experienced anything like it. Just get out of here.
So let's start with the reservation for the purpose of Corona, I reserved in advance by email the contact was extremely friendly, fast and informative. We left the option open to extend that wasn't a problem either. Arriving at the campsite was easy and the young man at the front desk was also very friendly. We are on the holiday meadow (I was a little skeptical of the reviews in my head) but I don't understand the negative reviews. Free choice of seats was great for us. We looked for a nice place close to the sanitary house and the power box, no problem (during the week), but I can well imagine that it is a little more chaotic on the weekend, which is due to the campers because one or the other Considerate behavior doesn't necessarily understand. The meadow is beautifully green and was not littered or anything like that when we arrived. The shop is good for buying everyday necessities and pre-ordering rolls for breakfast. The man behind the cash register was extremely friendly. So we get to the sanitary facilities, the showers and toilets were clean and tidy, objectively speaking, all campers are always responsible for ensuring that it stays that way, everything is there, soap, paper towels, disinfectant. Yes, everything is a little older, but that doesn't affect the functionality. The showers have a decent water pressure, the shower intervals could be longer. Washer and dryer are also available (you can get coins at the reception). Oh yes, we thought it was nice that you stood separately from the permanent campers and didn't feel treated differently. We'll be back and would recommend the place with a clear conscience and for the campers who can't behave, the operator can't do anything!
Good day , no, everything was fine, we were only on the meadow for one night and couldn't see the rest of what we will catch up in the coming year. Best regards from the Voss family.
I'm deducting a star because the sanitary facilities are a bit old. There wasn't really any warm water in the evening either. It could also be 1-2 more fresh water places. Otherwise, the campsite is very good, you have free choice of location. There is also enough activity for children. If you want you can also arrive at night .....
Super nice campsite. I stayed here for a weekend in a camping barrel and that was a very pleasant surprise. Nice staff, clean washrooms and very tasty food at the Italian restaurant on the campsite. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
we stopped only to sleep, arrived a few minutes before the reception closed and left immediately the next morning, we did not "explore" the place. in any case he seemed very nice, very kind reception staff. spotless bathrooms. from what I have been able to ascertain it was born as a place to spend the holidays there for German families (there were also many Dutch) because it offers many attractions for children (mini golf etc.). good environment surrounded by greenery.
Very friendly staff, great offer (outdoor pool, mini golf) the playground could be a bit bigger, but it was sufficient. Unfortunately it was quite noisy at night both from the neighboring camper and later from the street that leads past the courtyard
Due to the current situation, we have decided to put our caravan on the Heidehof for two months. It was a great time for us, although dealing with Corona was not easy and there were restrictions that were tolerable for us. Most of the sanitary blocks were very clean, unless some ignoramus did not clear the remains themselves. The cleaning crew did their utmost to fix it as quickly as possible. We had a good time and will definitely come again ??
I like very well have a parking space there. It is very clean and everyone is very friendly. You are like a big family. It is also great that there is even a pool and there are many playgrounds.
Ok
Nice place, large meadow for short and mid term campers. Besides, large area of permanent campers. Clean sanitary. The WiFi provided, however, seems less professional, 1. unsecure, and 2. very! often simply not operational, 3. Only one device can be registered!
Loved it! Easy access, perfect location on the road, extremely clean. Price of 35 Euros for a tent with 2 people, car, electricity and internet.
Minestrone soup they serve
What a terrible place. Don't go here if you want a nice sleep. A lot of noise, people driving cars on trailers in the night, arrivals at two am...
Awful restaurant. Not very good shop. Leaves a lot to be desired.
A large site but with a field area separate from the mass which may arrive over the bank holiday weekend. It's quiet but there's a busy road nearby. It's not too intrusive though. The site is well kept and clean with excellent facilities. Restaurant doesn't open on Tuesdays! Neither does the shop. What's that about? This is 2019! Otherwise the site is great and the staff at reception very helpful and apologetic about the restaurant and shop opening times.
We stayed for 1 night and that was enough. Itβs the noisiest campsite Iβve ever been to. The campsite seems OK but the problem is the noise. We were pitched in a tent beside the pizza restaurant. On a Saturday this place closes at 12 midnight so with that in mind I expected some noise until then. What I didnβt expect was the owners (I presume) sitting down and talking very loudly, drinking, playing music and singing at the top of their voices until 1.45 am. Luckily my children slept through it but I didnβt. The only good thing about this was that it drowned out a couple of groups of people just up from us who were also playing loud music and shouting into the wee small hours. The campsite advertises itself as family friendly and maybe some of it is, but they should at least warn people against pitching tents near the restaurant . If the owners of the restaurant donβt care about being quiet in the evening then it explains why nobody else does.
Some difficulty finding due to local road closures for resurfacing and no redirection. Largish open area quietly located. Slight slope. Good facilities round by reception, those on the field were closed for refurbishment, probably over winter. Think there may be a restaurant on site in season but closed when we were there (September). Reasonably priced for Germany. . Not far from motorway if heading south into Italy or NW towards Calais
Stayed for 1 night 3 weeks ago on way to Italy. Arrived to be told by very unfriendly young man in reception that there were absolutely no camping spaces. On investigation there were clearly quite a few spaces, even witnessed another camper of a different nationality who arrived after us being given a place. We were finally allowed on but my advice is do not go there, especially if you are English! We were made to feel most unwelcome, never experienced anything like that anywhere else. The young man in reception clearly has a problem with certain guests and would benefit from some customer service skills! NEVER AGAIN!
We stayed at thΓ© camping for 3 days. ThΓ© personel was friendly, thΓ© Washing area is clean and has everything. Clean pool. Good price.
Not very exiting
Stayed for 1 night, so no good reference. Cold swimmingpool, nice sanitaire.
We spent one night in a tent, the camp consists mostly of permanent campers! The sanitary facilities are actually okay the pool is clean laid out and well maintained. At the front desk or entrance you have to think of the right lady or gentleman to get a good advice or parking space.
Really nice italian food at Pizzeria heidehof
The camping place is a fine place to stay the price is okay and the service is great. But DONT go to the restaurant at the place its not there's and the service is horrible and the price is way too high for the quality of the food and drink.
